Know who is driving you – because Uber doesn’t.
Warning! passenger safety jeopardized.
It would only be biased to write about so called “competitors” in the industry if you are a transportation company. This is why sourcing other outlets is necessary for the readers to get an unbiased perspective. Lately everyone is buzzing about Uber and their “take over”. Unfortunately as some may have predicted, these practices might not withstand the benchmarks and standards that other limousine/transportation companies have set for years. Many states including New Jersey, have already warned against using Uber.
Here is one article describing how Uber might not be so safe. http://www.cnbc.com/id/101732424
“Uber a risky ride for passengers, states warn (CNBC): Uber is under siege. It’s not from a rival company, such as Lyft or Sidecar, because they may be in the same boat. It’s from states that are warning passengers they may not be covered by insurance if the driver has an accident. New Jersey last week became the 14th state along with the District of Columbia to issue warnings about the risks of using ride-shares such as Uber, Lyft or Sidecar.”
